Could the causeway/bridge across Utah Lake become a reality? We'll see what happens but it sure seems to be getting a lot of attention both good and bad. The article says "Mosida Orchards, a proposed planned community on the south-most edge of Utah Lake, is also proposing a lake causeway, likely to cross the lake's lower portion."

Vision of Utah Lake road takes step toward reality
As for the Mosida Orchards proposed alignment of the causeway I have a graphic that shows their proposal being more in the center of the lake and connecting Provo's Center Street to just south of Pelican Point on the west side of the lake.
